About this checker:
This validates a prefix/origin pair against a small bundled example ROA dataset following RFC 6811's route-origin validation state machine (Valid / Invalid / NotFound). It does not query live RPKI repository data — that requires the server-backed lookup tools, which ingest RIPE NCC's published VRP dataset.
Apply the RFC 6811 state machine to a prefix and origin AS pair against known ROAs.
